Delivery Policy

Gifts&Co. songs are digital products. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

1. How your song is delivered
- Your song is sent to the WhatsApp number you enter in the order form.
- A copy may also be sent to the email address you provide.
- We deliver every day, 24x7, including weekends and public holidays.
- If you chose 2 Songs + Edit, both versions of your song are delivered together.

2. Delivery time
Most songs are delivered in about 30 minutes after your payment is confirmed. At times of very high demand, or if there is a technical issue, it can take longer, but we aim to deliver every song within 24 hours. If your song hasn't arrived within 24 hours, please contact us and we'll deliver it straight away.
You can check the status of your order at any time on our Track your song page (giftsandco.in/pages/track-your-song).

3. Edited versions
If you chose 2 Songs + Edit, or if we are fixing a mistake from our side, your edited song is usually delivered within 24 hours of your request, on the same WhatsApp number.

4. Please make sure your details are correct
- Your WhatsApp number is correct and active on WhatsApp.
- Your email address is spelled correctly. Please also check your spam or promotions folder.
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect WhatsApp number or email address. If you notice a mistake in your contact details after ordering, message us straight away using the contact form on our Contact page, with your order number and the correct details.

5. Contact us
Send us a message using the contact form on our Contact page (giftsandco.in/pages/contact), or reply on the WhatsApp chat where your song was delivered. Please include your order number. We reply within 48 hours.
